Upcoming single and recurring bookings will show under your dashboard as individual/separate dates for you to ACCEPT or DENY.
For example, if you have already ACCEPTED a scheduled single or recurring booking and can no longer make it, please send an email to email@example.com.
IF WITHIN 24 HOURS OF BOOKING
On the rare occasion that you need to call off less than 24 hours before the booking, the Cardinal must CALL CLIENT first to inform them of the situation then call THE BIRD HOTLINE at 424-259-3072 for a backup Cardinal.
Text messages and emails will NOT be accepted as a form of calling off. A text is accepted if the Cardinal exchanged shifts with another cardinal on the team by going to our Cardinal Roster and asking for coverage.
