Yes, there are cancellation and rush fees.

In order to ensure proper staffing, services that are cancelled by Client within 24 hours of the scheduled service time will be charged the full amount of the scheduled service.

For rush charges, defined as a booking made less than 24 hours in advance, the rate of the services scheduled is doubled.
