At the moment, we do NOT allow for bookings to be edited once they are made. Please reach out to if the time, location or service has changed and we will happily make the adjustment for you. 

If you have NOT requested a Cardinal yet and are on the BOOKING PAGE, please select "EDIT DETAILS." You can view and edit the number of children and the service information. 




If you would like to cancel a booking, select "CANCEL BOOKING REQUEST."

A few items to note:

  • If a booking is canceled within 24 hours, you will be charged the full amount of the scheduled booking.
  • If this is a recurring booking, you can cancel one booking in the series OR you can check the box to cancel all bookings in the series.
