A gray booking on your calendar means that your requested Cardinal has not accepted the booking yet. Please allow for at least 24 hours for your Cardinal to confirm their booking. 

Confirmed bookings on your calendar will show as Cardinal Red. This means the Cardinal has confirmed the booking and is ready to fly!

If your booked or requested Cardinal is not available, we will offer the booking to your favorites and then to all available cardinals.
