Account Applications

Please allow for 48 hours for a member of the Bird Team to approve your account application. 

We take the time to review your application and ensure we are building a trusted community. 

When you contact us with a question or issue, we send an automated reply and a member from the Bird Team will get back to you within 48 hours (or sooner). We answer our support emails, calls, and texts on a priority basis. 

If you are not receiving booking emails, please check your spam folders:

The most common reason you aren’t receiving our email is it was filtered by your email provider before it reached your inbox. Example email filters include:

  • Spam blockers 
  • Junk Email folders
  • Gmail’s Promotional email folder
  • Outlook’s Focused inbox
  • Email marked as spam

The following are options to fix a spam issue:

  • Check any Spam folders and move the email to your inbox
  • Add our email domain (@cassiescardinals.com) to your safe senders list
  • Add our email address to your email’s address book
