If you are not receiving booking emails, please check your spam folders:
The most common reason you aren’t receiving our email is it was filtered by your email provider before it reached your inbox. Example email filters include:
- Spam blockers
- Junk Email folders
- Gmail’s Promotional email folder
- Outlook’s Focused inbox
- Email marked as spam
The following are options to fix a spam issue:
- Check any Spam folders and move the email to your inbox
- Add our email domain (@cassiescardinals.com) to your safe senders list
- Add our email address to your email’s address book
