How do I close my account?

Closing your account means removing access to and history of all your information.

If you do not want to permanently lose access to your account, we recommend pausing your subscription, which keeps your account open. This means you wouldn’t need to open a new account in the future. Pause using the steps here.

To close your account, follow these steps:

  1. From the Profile Image drop-down menu (located in the upper right hand corner) at the top of the page, click CHANGE BILLING.
  2. Select Cancel Plan.
  3. Select Cancel Subscription and Select Cancel Plan.
  4. Select the reason for closure from the drop-down menu and click Continue.
